Absolute refusal to acknowledge nor train new hires. Management often found time to complain about personnel working in the facility despite being weak, ineffective, slow, and lazy. Plus, I was told and it was advertised on Indeed as the starting rate being $12.56 an hour, but people who were hired after me are getting paid $13.00 to $13.50 an hour, and it's also being said that the starting rate is $13.00 an hour now on Indeed. The management expects you to know EVERYTHING with barely any knowledge or training, and if you don't, you will be put aside so someone else can do it.
